This post is coming in late, about three months after tour! But better late than never!!
We spent our last week of tour split between Fresno and Oakhurst, California. This week was such a joy to see the Lord move and partner with local believers in this area!
We led church on Sunday, hosted a Gen-Z Rally, did evangelism, and hosted a Jesus Rally among other things! We met so many men and women who are hungry for God and want to live all in for him!
Things to Praise God for…
1. During evangelism, I asked a Walmart employee if there was anyway I could pray for him. He immediately said, “can you pray for deliverance from anger and rage?” I said yes! The man already had a relationship with Jesus, so they prayed specifically for these things and he felt peace after and so seen by God.
2. On our way back to Michigan, we stopped in Nebraska to get gas in the middle of the night. We were getting ready for the road when a worker came up to Keiko and asked her where our team is from. She told him about our movement and asked if he knew Jesus or if he had a relationship with him. The man said he did not, but that he wanted to. Keiko shared the gospel and asked if he wanted to give his life to Jesus. He said yes! Then he joined the boys for a good game of volleyball!
3. Jesse talked to a man during our Jesus rally in Fresno. He had been invited by his relative who attended our gathering in San Francisco the week before. The man had just lost his job, but came to the rally and encountered Jesus and surrendered his life to God!
4. Andrew, Emily and Shelomi were walking downtown during evangelism. The Lord highlighted two people to them. Our team was able to share the full gospel with them. They both wanted relationship with Jesus and gave their lives to God!
These are just a few of the many lives God touched this week through our team!! We love going to work with our Heavenly Father and sharing about the fullness of life we have found in Jesus!
Prayer Requests
1. Prayers for continued hunger for the Lord and eyes that are fixed in him in our daily lives after tour!
2. Prayers for continued discipleship for all the people who made a commitment to follow God this summer!
3. Prayers for all those who are continuing to live on mission for God to be strengthen and for full financial provision for them as missionaries!
