Recap
What a week!! Our time in LA went by so fast, but it was seriously such a JOY! We had so much fun ministering this week and seeing people encounter the love of God!
Sunday and Monday were our sabbath mornings, but in the evening we attended house church and Circuit Rider Monday Nights. Both moments were so powerful and the messages had a great impact on our team!
Tuesday we spent the morning interceding over LA and then went out to Venice Beach with CA Will Be Saved for a pop-up worship moment and evangelism. After that, we all hosted a worship pre-rally at HRock Church. Maybe people were commissioned for the gospel and encouraged!
Wednesday, our team hit the streets just outside the fashion district in LA to evangelize and minister to a homeless tent community. It was a wild time, but the power of God was clearly on display! After that, the women on our team were invited to a prayer night hosted by some local girls from the house church. This was such a sweet moment of community and prayer!
Thursday we spent the morning interceding over LA and then went out to Hollywood for another pop-up worship and evangelism time. This was such a powerful moment and we truly believe things in the spiritual realm were shifted. We declare all of Hollywood will be saved and walk in their full identity in Christ in Jesus name!
On Friday, our team spent time interceding at the Bonnie Brae House where the Azusa Street Revival took place. During this time, the Lord spoke very specific vision for my life in the fall which was so sweet! After this, our team watched the Passion of the Christ together and spent personal time reflecting on the gospel. I was wrecked in the best way. In the evening, we partnered with Ekballo and CA Will Be Saved to host another pre-rally. This was a powerful time of worship and prayer! Wow, y’all thanks for sticking with me this far!
Finally, Saturday was Gathering Day!!
We met in the early afternoon for prayer then hit the streets for evangelism and finally, the main event started. There was no warm up, the power of God was fully present from the moment we stepped foot on the soil of MacArthur Park. This night was truly such a joy and honor to be a part of! Many of our team walked in the true authority and boldness of Christ and as a result, we saw many impacted with the power and love of God.

Testimonies
While we were at the fashion district on Wednesday, this man called over to Sarah, Bryce and I. He said, “Yo! Are you missionaries?” We said yes and he told us we need to talk to his friend who was an atheist. So, we walked over to a man who was sitting in a wheelchair. He was sitting next to a white wall under the shade of a nearby tree. He was very closed off and bitter towards God when we started the conversation. We started talking to him and just invited him to share his story with us. He had a WILD story and had been through a near death experience. He told us that he cried out to God and asked him to keep him alive, however, he didn’t believe in God. We encouraged him that the very fact he was still alive was because God answered his prayer.
The Lord also gave Bryce a picture of a man sitting by a wall under a tree and texted it to our group chat before evangelism that day. We showed this man the text and encouraged him that God was pursuing his heart and wanted us to speak to him that day. He was speechless. He could not believe that God might want to know him. We talked some more and I encouraged him to ask God that night, “God, if you’re real show yourself to me.” We didn’t need to convince him, we had faith that God would reveal himself. As we were leaving, this man who was an atheist told us he was going to talk to God that night! Praise God and keep praying for our friend that he invites Jesus to be Lord of his life.

Before our gathering on Saturday, we hit the streets to tell people about the Gospel! Four of us were standing on the street corner preparing to cross the street. On the other side of the street, a women at the bus stop was yelling very loudly. My first response was to ignore her, but then Holy Spirit quickly informed me we needed to go talk to her and gave me a word that she was searching.
We crossed the street and asked her how she was. She explained how she was upset and lost and nothing satisfied her. Boom. I shared that God had just told me this is how she was feeling and that he is the one who could satisfy her heart. He was the one she was searching for. We shared the gospel with her and invited her to accept God’s gift of salvation. She said she wanted to be in relationship with God and invited him into her heart! It was WILD! We prayed for freedom from addictions and showed her some places to start reading in the Bible. We have a new sister in Christ and it is such a joy!
